Amendment fees – An amendment fee of $39(Usd's) will be charged per person in all cases where clients want to change any part of a confirmed final Itinerary. Essentially, amendments will be conditionally accepted and are acceptable not later than 7 calendar days before commencement of your tour. The cost covers penalties charged by hotels and transport suppliers. A booking fee of $25(Usd's) will be charged per person per hotel/lodge/tented camp if we are asked to make a reservation not included in your final Itinerary. This will cover our administration cost.

Cancellations – In the event of cancelling the processing of an itinerary, the following conditions will apply:

a)   Cancellation MUST be given in writing as soon as possible for our records.

b)   If cancellation is received in our office 14 working days or more before your travel date the full deposit amount will be refunded minus all our administration charges and penalties incurred for reservations of hotels/lodges/tented camps and transport services already confirmed and any other related costs. Our cancellation fee will be 10% of the deposited amount of money which will cover our administration cost.

c)   If cancellation is received in our office less than 14 calendar days but more than 7 calendar days before commencement of your tour, a penalty charge of 10% of the total tour cost in addition to the cancellation charge plus costs mentioned in b) above will be incurred.

d)  If cancellation is received in our office in less than 7 calendar days before commencement of your tour, a penalty charge of 30% of the total tour cost in addition to the cancellation charge plus costs mentioned in b) above will be incurred.

Without prejudice all the above charges will enable

us cover the administrative costs and penalties

charged by most lodges and hotels. 

Note:   Unless it is very necessary, it is costly to cancel confirmed hotel reservations and transport facilities. We recommend that once you confirm your hotels and lodges please do not change your mind and instead aim to have 'That life changing Safari experience'.

Air Tickets – If you are in a group of 5 or more tourists intending to travel together for a safari or excursion, our company can facilitate purchase of your air tickets on Virgin air, Kenya airways or British airways at a discount on your behalf as well as attract discounted rates on the chosen tour.
